It's just five days to the start of the 'Christmas Carolathon' and we're already over half-way to our target of raising at least £500 for Shelter. Professor Jeremy Gregory, the current head of the School of Arts, Histories and Culture, has confirmed that he will be one of the readers on the day, so please come and join us at all or some of the event.
It all begins at 9.15am in Samuel Alexander S1.5 with a full reading of 'A Christmas Carol'. This will be followed by a Promenade performance of selected highlights along the Oxford Road. At 2pm there will be a matinee read through at the Friends' Meeting House on Mount Street, followed by a further reading of highlights at one of Manchester's Christmas Markets between 6-7pm.
